New Years
Happy New Years.
Thought painting a portrait of Slavoj Zizek would be suitable for the occasion.
Unfamiliar? He's a Slovenian philosopher with a lot of important things to say about everything. He recently wrote a book called Living in the End Times, and since it's 2012, the much speculated date, I thought he was a face for this year. Of course, neither Zizek or I believe in the apocalypse. However, I tend to believe in a major world shift happening instead. And Zizek is around for commentary:
